Defining purchasing needs, identifying suppliers and managing the sourcing sourcing process.
Formulate proposals for products/services, interpreting needs and promoting customer loyalty.
Prepare menus in reference to the organoleptic and commodity characteristics of the raw materials and to the typicality of the product.
To treat the preparation of the dishes, with the application of innovative and creative techniques.
