Description of the procedure to participate to a training course 

To 18 years minimum and be registered at ACTIRIS (Brussels Public Employment Service, be motivate by the cooking and catering sector.

Training programme:

  • Knowledge of the roducts and equipment;
  • Technic of service;
  • Practical workshops;
  • Knowledge of the second national language;
  • Hygiene and safety;
  • Communication and professionnal aptitudes.

Duration:

  • 5 weeks of job discovering and intership observation;
  • 7 weeks of full time training in a training centre;
  • 16 weeks of jobshadowing in company;
  • 1 week of job research preparation.
