Description of the procedure to participate to a training course
To 18 years minimum and be registered at ACTIRIS (Brussels Public Employment Service, be motivate by the cooking and catering sector.
Training programme:
- Knowledge of the roducts and equipment;
- Technic of service;
- Practical workshops;
- Knowledge of the second national language;
- Hygiene and safety;
- Communication and professionnal aptitudes.
Duration:
- 5 weeks of job discovering and intership observation;
- 7 weeks of full time training in a training centre;
- 16 weeks of jobshadowing in company;
- 1 week of job research preparation.
