Core competences 
To advise and inform the tourist both in information points and in travel or destination, using the most appropriate technical means depending on the customer, and thus achieve a satisfactory service and loyalty of the visitor.
To guide and assist travellers in trips, transfers or visits, using communication strategies, achieving their satisfaction.
Inform and guide tourists and travellers, encouraging respect for the richness of cultural and natural heritage.
Coordinate the operations of the different types of events, providing assistance to customers in cases that require it.
Attend to contingencies, unexpected and complaints that may arise and affect travelers and situations, solving problems that cause allowing a proper development of the service.
To provide specific services to the client in means of transport, as well as in passenger terminals (airports and stations) fulfilling the formalities of these processes in an appropriate manner.
