Define the products and services taking into account the parameters of the strategic project.
Design the production and service processes, determine their organizational structure and the necessary resources, taking into account the company's objectives.
Determine the offer of food and beverage services, making the production technical sheets, to set prices and standardize processes. Program activities and organize resources, taking into account production needs and pre-set objectives.
Supplying, storing and distributing wines, beverages and other raw materials under ideal conditions, controlling quality and related documentation.
Carry out or supervise the preparation of spaces, machinery, tools and tools to prepare the workplace.
Carry out or supervise the pre-service, service and post-service processes for food and beverages, coordinating the provision of the same, taking into account the scope of their execution and the established protocols.
Complete administrative documentation related to production and/or service units, to carry out budgetary controls, reports or any activity that may arise, using information and communication technologies.
Respond to possible requests, suggestions and complaints from customers, to meet their expectations and achieve their satisfaction.
