Core competences 
Define and plan phases of the operations to be carried out, in compliance with safety regulations, on the basis of the instructions receipts, supporting documentation (diagrams, drawings, procedures, bills of materials) and the system of relations.
Prepare, monitor and take care of the routine maintenance of tools, tools, equipment and machinery necessary for different processing / service phases (in the context of fishing and marine activities) based on the type of materials to be used, the indicat.
Operate in safety and in compliance with the rules of hygiene and environmental protection, identifying and preventing situations risk to oneself, to others and to the environment.
Assist in the steering of the boat and the engine system in mooring, unmooring, landing and during navigation, according to coded sequences.
Conduct fishing and harvesting operations using techniques adapted to the specifications of the different fish products.
Support the management and monitoring of production plants and equipment (for fishing) within the farm.
Check the quantity and quality of the caught / harvested product in compliance with the hygiene and health standards and perform the first transformation.
