Understand the client's precise question, its reference context and its motivation for being helped, in order to set up an effective and coherent intervention plan.
Conduct interventions aimed at exploration, clarification and understanding of problem situations.
Design a specific intervention, on the basis of what are the customer needs.
Intervene, where necessary, on the cognitive and behavioral aspects of the client also through specific educational and training activities.
Control and monitor the counseling intervention.
