Core competences 
Program social integration activities applying the most appropriate resources and methodological strategies.
To design activities to attend to the physical and psychosocial needs according to the characteristics of the users and the context, controlling and evaluating their development.
To organize the activities of support to the domestic management in function of the characteristics of the unit of coexistence, controlling and evaluating the development of the same ones.
To organize and implement programs of labor and occupational insertion, evaluating the development of the same ones and its adjustment to the prefixed itinerary.
Maintain fluid relationships with users and their families, members of the working group and other professionals, showing social skills and providing solutions to conflicts that arise.
